EMDR Therapy Appointments

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that supports the integration of distressing experiences and helps reduce the emotional charge of difficult memories. At 3 Rivers Counselling, we offer EMDR to support clients with trauma, anxiety, self-worth, chronic stress, chronic pain, OCD and more.

Our approach to EMDR is holistic and integrative—drawing on somatic practices, parts work, Polyvagal Theory, and resource-building. Whether you're working through a specific memory or building capacity to stay grounded in the present, EMDR therapy can help.

We offer both in-person and virtual EMDR therapy with trained and certified therapists. You do not need a referral to book.

EMDR appointments can be booked as 50 or 80 minutes and may include preparation, resourcing, and reprocessing depending on your current needs.
