Currently completing her master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, Rosemarie is an intern therapist with 3 Rivers Counselling and is registered with both the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick and brings a rich academic background to her therapeutic work.

Jody is a dedicated advocate for mental health and personal growth, inspired by his commitment to helping people achieve well-being and confidence in their lives. Currently completing his Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and with a background in education, Jody brings a strong foundation in both counselling and teaching. His experience as a high school teacher and middle school specialist has given him invaluable insights into mentorship and personal development, skills he now uses to support clients of all ages.
Jody’s approach to mental health goes beyond the therapy room. He draws from evidence-based therapy modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Polyvagal Theory, tailoring his approach to each client’s unique needs.
